This is not a motivational course. It is a structured, scientifically grounded programme that gives you an honest understanding of how your mind works and how to build a healthier, more self-aware life.

Each session combines neuroscience with personal reflection, moving from understanding to real application. You will not just learn about mental well-being. you will experience the process of building it.

Every session is designed so that science meets lived experience. There are no wrong answers here. There is only honest self-inquiry.

    Soni Jain Counselling Psychologist | Certified Career Analyst | Founder, Trackboons & ManMitra

    Soni Jain has worked in the field of counselling psychology and career development for over two decades. She is the founder of Trackboons — an MSME-registered, trademark-registered organisation delivering psychological and career guidance programmes to individuals, schools, colleges, and organisations across India.

    She has worked with students, parents, educators, and professionals navigating anxiety, career confusion, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Her approach is grounded in evidence, shaped by Indian family and social context, and focused on long-term transformation rather than quick solutions.
